Ryan Edlind
Greetings!

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page.
You’ll find links and additional information highlighted throughout—please explore as you’d like.
I approach therapy with a blend of personal values, life experiences, and professional training. My goal is to create a safe, trusting space where meaningful conversations can unfold, allowing people to connect authentically and work through the issues closest to their hearts.
My work is guided by a desire to help individuals live fully and build strong, relational connections. I draw on multidisciplinary graduate training in biblical theology, clinical social work, and counseling research. Since 1997, I’ve served in both ministry and clinical roles, experiences that continue to shape my perspective. I remain deeply engaged in learning and teaching new ways to walk alongside those seeking care.
The events of September 11, 2001 profoundly influenced my understanding of how church leaders, mental health professionals, and everyday people can come together in times of crisis. My faith inspires a practical compassion for others, and in 2011 my wife and I founded City Praxis, Inc. to further this vision. Today, I also enjoy teaching at Case Western Reserve University and leading workshops and presentations on trauma, loss, and grief.
I look forward to connecting with you. Please take some time to explore these pages, and don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about my services or to schedule an appointment.
Warmly, Ryan
